Vitrintec as Sponsor of the Award for the Best Diploma Thesis at the Kielce University of Technology
Once again, we had the pleasure of sponsoring the award for the best diploma thesis in Architecture at the Kielce University of Technology. The official award ceremony of the 7th Edition of the Best Diploma Thesis Competition took place on November 6, 2025, in the university’s Main Auditorium.
As a patron of the Architecture program, we once again supported this competition category and funded the award for the best thesis defended in the past academic year. The cash prize was awarded to Jakub Szewczyk for his thesis entitled “A Sustainable Design of an Office and Conference Center Complex: The Synergy of Greenery and Architecture.”
The winner was selected by a competition jury composed of:
- Grzegorz Palus – Managing Director of Vitrintec,
- Szczepan Pelc – Product Manager, R&D Department,
- Kamil Pela – Design Manager,
- Marcin Janus – Architect at Frog Studio,
- Marcin Gałuszka – Architect at Frog Studio.
In this year’s edition, as many as 79 diploma theses were evaluated across 12 thematic areas. Companies from Kielce honored a total of 14 students of the Kielce University of Technology. Supervisors who passionately supported their students in the process of preparing their theses were also recognized.
The competition is addressed to students and graduates of bachelor’s, engineering, and master’s programs at the Kielce University of Technology. Its goal is to improve the quality of diploma theses, promote research initiatives, and strengthen the link between graduates and the business community. We believe such initiatives help young talents grow professionally and inspire the creation of modern, responsible architecture.
